Packages & Prices

PGC Weddings & Occasions has something for everybody.  Whether you just need a little guidance, or help all the way through, you can employ your personal assistant for an hour or two, select one of our block packages, or perhaps you need us to co-ordinate the whole process.  PGC has the package for you.

Please note all prices are for PGCs services only.  All vendors charges are added to the price of all our services.

A Little Help

Do you need someone to plan your occasion for you?  Or do you need a little help along the way?  PGC can be there to assist you along the way.  

Some of the tasks we can help you with include:

• All or part planning
• envelope stuffing and posting your invitations
• managing RSVPs
• linking you in with appropriate vendors
• managing your diary to ensure you make all your appointments
• typing & preparing orders of service as well as arranging for all printing
• and much more

Any assistance required under five hours is chaged out at $75 per hour.  If you need more than five hours assistance, our prices are chaged out as below:

The Works!!!

You are excited about your upcoming nuptials but you have a lot on your plate.  It may be work or family commitments, or perhaps you just want to spoil yourself and have someone do all the planning work for your.  PGC has a range of options available for you to make planning and managing your day special.  

Pink Diamonds

This is your ultimate planning package valued at $4,500.  It includes:

• 50 hours of planning
• Unlimited face-to-face consultations
• Vendor management
• Run sheet creation and management
• Rehearsal planning (including booking for dinner afterwards at a venue of your choice)
• Assistance from your personal assistant so you can sit back and enjoy your wedding day.

Black Pearls

This is a great package for the couple who need some extra help valued at $2,750

• 15 hours of planning
• 10 face-to-face consultations
• Vendor management
• Run sheet creation and management
• Assistance from your personal assistant from your first morning appointment until you leave for the ceremony (approximately four hours).

Sparkling Stones

This is a great package for the budget conscious couple who need some extra help valued at $1,500

• 5 hours of planning
• 5 face-to-face consultations
• Vendor management
• Run sheet creation and management
• Assistance from your personal assistant for three consecutive hours.

Relax, it's your wedding day

You have done all the planning yourself but you really need someone to take charge of all those extaneous things you do not need to worry about, nor do members of your family or bridal party.  After all, they are there to enjoy this amazing day too.  If you only require help on the day of your event, please contact your personal assistant to discuss options available.  Prices for Day of Help start as little as $75 per hour.  Each occasion is different and PGC can tailor something to suite your needs. 

Secret Men's Business

Has your bride-to-be provided you with a list of jobs but you:

1. Are chained to your place of work and having a hard time getting in contact with vendors;
2. Keep on putting it off "March 2011 is months away...  I've got plenty of time" (sound familiar); or
3. Just keep forgetting to address those tasks.
